Mr. /Ms. Friday (Japanese Speaking)
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Mr./Ms. Friday (Japanese Speaking) to join our Front Office team. The role is responsible for providing highly personalized and intuitive luxury service to our guests, acting as their primary point of contact throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will anticipate guest needs, create memorable experiences, and ensure a seamless and exceptional guest journey.
Requirements:
- Certified butler training
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a butler or guest service agent in a luxury resort environment.
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Maldives or island resort experience desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and guest preferences.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
