Resort Doctor
The Resort Doctor will be responsible for overseeing the Resort Clinic operations and providing high-quality medical care to JOALI Hosts and Guests. The role will ensure that the Medical Centre's facilities and services are effectively utilized and consistently maintained in line with JOALI standards, while delivering professional, responsive, and guest-focused medical services.

- Registered with the Maldives Medical and Dental Council (MMDC) and holding the required license to practice in the Maldives.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Guest service oriented with a professional personality.
- Ability to respond effectively and adapt to different medical situations and circumstances.
- Relevant medical degree, formal education, and professional training.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in an ultra-luxury resort and the ability to adapt to a remote island/resort environment in the Maldives will be an advantage.
