Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury or five-star resort
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards, dining etiquette, and guest engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to upholding Hyatt's service excellence standards.
