REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Telephone Operations, or a similar guest-service role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- High level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling guest information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems, telephone systems, and guest-request platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and promote a positive workplace culture.
