Join our Kids Club as a Seasonal Kids Club Host and help create unforgettable holidays for our youngest guests. From arts and crafts and outdoor adventures to swimming, games and special events, you’ll bring energy, creativity and genuine care to every experience while ensuring children are safe, happy and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children and ensure their safety, wellbeing and comfort at all times.
- Plan, prepare and deliver fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Lead arts and crafts, swimming, sports, games, nature activities, free play and special events.
- Create warm and positive interactions with both children and parents.
- Support babysitting and evening activities as required.
- Maintain the Kids Club activity spaces to high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
- Maintain accurate attendance, registration and activity records.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to our children's programmes and seasonal experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children in a kids club, childcare, babysitting, camp, recreation or similar environment.
- Previous babysitting experience.
- An energetic, cheerful, creative and fun personality with a natural ability to connect with children.
- Confident swimmer with strong water-safety awareness.
- Ability to lead games, sports, arts and crafts, and recreational activities for different age groups.
- First Aid and Paediatric First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Responsible, patient and attentive, with a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
- Good English communication skills.
- Additional talents or specialist skills that can create exciting experiences for children are highly valued.
- Flexible to support evening activities, weekends, and seasonal operational requirements.
