Become a SAii Host
SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking passionate and dynamic professionals to be part of our growing team. As a SAii Host, you will become an ambassador of our brand, creating memorable experiences for each of our guests.
OPERATOR
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or in a similar role in a 5* hotel/resort
- Ability to accurately take and relay messages, process guest requests, and coordinate with relevant departments
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with a clear, pleasant, and professional manner
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for assisting guests
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Experience with Opera PMS or other hotel systems would be an advantage
- Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
