ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to lead and oversee the resort's Spa & Wellness operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional wellness experiences, maintaining the highest luxury service standards, maximizing revenue and profitability, developing a high-performing team, and creating memorable wellness journeys for our guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Spa & Wellness department.
- Develop innovative spa treatments and wellness programs to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure consistently high standards of service, hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, and overall spa financial performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the spa team to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive spa revenue through treatment promotions, retail sales, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints and service issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to create personalized wellness experiences and achieve resort objectives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years' experience in Spa & Wellness operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Previous spa management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, holistic wellness practices, and luxury service standards.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Ability to develop wellness programs and drive operational excellence.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving commercial success.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Maldives or remote island resort experience is preferred.
