The Wellness Curator (Assistant Spa Manager)
The Wellness Curator (Assistant Spa Manager) designs and coordinates personalized wellness journeys, ensuring guests receive tailored guidance across spa, fitness, and holistic wellness services. The role combines consultation, service expertise, guest relationship management, and homecare recommendations to deliver seamless experiences, encourage guest retention, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Personalized Consultation & Program Design: Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand guest needs, lifestyle, health history, and wellness goals, and create tailored wellness journeys.
- Bespoke Journey Planning: Integrate suitable spa treatments, fitness sessions, holistic therapies, and wellness services into personalized, multi-day or multi-week programs.
- Progress Tracking & Optimization: Conduct regular check-ins, gather guest feedback, and refine wellness plans to align with individual goals and experiences.
- Service Knowledge & Integration: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of treatments, wellness facilities, equipment, and fitness offerings to guide guests and recommend appropriate services.
- Practitioner Coordination: Liaise with therapists, trainers, nutritionists, and other specialists to communicate guest requirements and ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Homecare & Retail Recommendations: Recommend suitable skincare, wellness products, and homecare solutions that complement guests' personalized wellness journeys.
- Guest Experience & Relationship Management: Deliver attentive, seamless service, build lasting guest relationships, address concerns professionally, and encourage repeat visits, package renewals, and referrals.
