ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Maldivian Labour Law, employment regulations, and work permit processes.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
