Assistant Beverage Manager
Unveiled in November 2016, Milaidhoo Maldives is a collection of 50 villa boutique luxury resort. Nestled within the Baa Atoll UNESCO biosphere reserve, in proximity to Hanifaru Bay, it rests 126km northwest of Male.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a luxury resort.
- Holder of WSET Level 3 and 4 or similar certificate
- Strong bar, cellar, costing and inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits and innovative beverage techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Well groomed, with no visible tattoos
