Seasonal Mr. Friend - Teenagers Host
Some of the best holiday memories happen when you find the right people to share the adventure with.
We’re looking for a sporty, outgoing and naturally engaging Mr. Friend – Teenagers Host to create unforgettable experiences for our teenage and pre-teen guests. From football and tennis to snorkelling, beach challenges, water-based fun and social events, you’ll be right there participating, connecting and making sure every young guest feels welcome, included and excited to join in.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and actively participate in sports, games, outdoor adventures and social activities for teenagers and pre-teens.
- Lead football, tennis, beach sports, fitness challenges, team competitions and other energetic recreation activities.
- Support snorkelling and water-based experiences in coordination with relevant qualified teams.
- Build genuine rapport with teenage guests and create a fun, inclusive social environment.
- Help develop weekly programs based on guest interests and profiles.
- Host teen nights, competitions, special events and family recreation experiences.
- Maintain appropriate supervision, professional boundaries and child safeguarding standards at all times.
- Ensure activity areas and equipment are safe, clean, organised and ready for use.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly energetic, sporty and outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with teenagers.
- Strong swimmer who is comfortable with snorkelling and water-based recreation.
- Previous experience working with teenagers or young people in recreation, sports, camps, resorts, schools or youth programmes is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead games, group activities and social experiences with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Strong understanding of appropriate professional boundaries and safeguarding when working with minors.
- First Aid/CPR certification is preferred; water-safety or lifesaving certification is an advantage.
- Creative with a strong guest-service mindset.
- Good spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
