Assistant Wellness Manager
At Soneva Secret, wellness is an integral part of the guest experience. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Wellness Manager to take ownership of our Wellness Team and lead the operation with confidence, creativity and genuine care.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a Wellness, Spa or Holistic Health leadership role, preferably within a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment.
- Lead and manage the overall Wellness team and its daily operations.
- Proven ability to independently lead a team and manage a team.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing team’s budget, cost and revenue.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- A genuine passion for wellness and creating personalised guest experiences.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an ultra-luxury hospitality environment will be an advantage.
