- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. n
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards relevant to the position. n
- A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and the delivery of professional, personalized service. n
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. n
- A strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage. n
- High standards of personal presentation, integrity, and professional conduct. n
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to guest requests and concerns. n
- A collaborative approach, with flexibility to work shifts and undertake additional duties as operationally required. n
- A commitment to maintaining hygiene, health, safety, and operational standards at all times. n
