Events Manager
We are seeking team players with a positive attitude for the following roles
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute resort events, entertainment programs, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
- Develop event concepts, schedules, budgets, and operational plans.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event evaluations.
- Ensure all events align with the resort's brand standards and guest experience objectives.
- Manage entertainers, performers, suppliers, and event-related contracts.
- Monitor event budgets and control costs effectively.
- Promote events through collaboration with the Marketing and MarCom teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during all events.
- Prepare event reports and recommend improvements for future activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management related to the role.
