SPA RECEPTIONIST - RUSSIAN SPEAKING

We are looking for a professional who will welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate with spa team, and ensure a flawless guest experience while speaking Russian.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/out at the spa reception
- Handle phone and email inquiries in Russian and English
- Schedule appointments and manage spa calendar
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with therapists and spa team to deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian; English proficiency required
- Previous experience in spa reception or guest services
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
- Hosting at luxury hotels is a plus
