JUNIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER
Jaysons Hospitality Services has been successful in planning, constructing and executing various projects in diverse spheres of industry for over 30 years. Some of their projects are The Little England Cottages, Nuwara Eliya that has caught the attention of many affluent individuals worldwide, a luxury apartment complex in De Saram Road, Mount Lavinia and a very exclusive project in Digana, Kandy. The Head Office of the company is situated in Mount Lavinia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively manage projects independently, ensuring time-lines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, management, and head office.
- Supervise site construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural and structural drawings.
- Ensure quality standards and finishing works meet required specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports and verify invoices and bill payments.
- Assist in procurement and purchasing processes, with a focus on price comparison and cost-effective sourcing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- NCT (CIVIL) / NDT/ HNDE or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project construction / housing projects.
- Sound understanding in commercial, quality, statutory compliances and safety standard of civil constructions.
- Proficient in MS Office/ AUTO CAD/ MS Projects.
- Should be able to work in the respective sites mentioned above, as and when required.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work on a large project with good job scope and incentives.
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English is an added advantage.
- Age between 25 – 45 years.
- Male Candidates are preferred.
