FINANCE MANAGER
KMC CONSTRUCTIONS (PVT) LTD
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in the financial leadership and growth of our organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CIMA/ ACCA or partly qualified
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and audit
- Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all financial operations, accounting and reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analyses
- Manage cash flow, working capital and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Support management in strategic decision making
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
