SEED PADDY PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
nWe are looking for a motivated and results oriented Seed Paddy Production Executive to ensure efficient production operations, timely output, and effective factory management.
nResponsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets. n
- Prepare production plans based on raw material availability and customer orders. n
- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency. n
- Identify production issues and implement solutions to minimize delays and costs. n
- Lead and develop production teams while ensuring effective labor management. n
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and factory standards. n
What you will bring:
n- n
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field. n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role. n
- Exposure to manufacturing and production operations. n
- Knowledge of production processes, equipment maintenance, and SAP would be an advantage. n
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. n
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. n
