WE'RE LOOKING FOR
LAYER FARM SUPERVISOR (CHILAW)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Above 28 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in layer farm management.
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Diploma in Agriculture/Animal Science
- Strong leadership and team management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily layer farm operations.
- Monitor livestock health and performance.
- Supervise and coordinate farm staff.
- Maintain accurate farm records.
- Ensure proper implementation of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain high standards of farm productivity and animal welfare.
