FARM SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Farm Supervisor to manage daily farm operations, ensure bird welfare, and drive productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily layer farm operations and staff activities
- Monitor birds' health, feed and water consumption, production, and other essential works of the farm
- Maintain farm hygiene and biosecurity standards
- Ensure proper records keeping of farm data in the system and documents
- Coordinate with management on farm performance and improvement plans
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Animal Husbandry or Animal Science
- Minimum 2 years' experience in poultry or livestock management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage farm teams effectively
- Willing to work flexible work hours
