Assistant Manager - Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management, or a professional qualification in HRM from CIPM
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Proven leadership, people management, and strategic HR planning skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with high computer literacy, proficiency in both English and Sinhala
  • Male Candidate only

Executive Talent Acquisition - Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Build pipeline to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain a talent database for timely manpower availability.
  • Liaise with project managers and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment (preferably in FMCG industry).
  • Strong hiring and recruiting skills with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, maintain ethical hiring practices.
  • Male candidates only.

Prior experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry will be a definite advantage
