We Are Hiring
Sathuta Builders (Pvt) Ltd is seeking experienced and responsible individuals to join our construction project teams in Western, North Western, and Sabaragamuwa Provinces
QUANTITY SURVEYORS
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience (IQSSL-accredited degree), or HND (QS) / NCT (QS) with 4 years of experience, or equivalent
- Experience in building construction projects
- Preference will be given to candidates with site work experience
- Experience with SBD 2 and SBD 4 would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and checking of main contract and subcontractor bills
- Preparation of monthly cost reports and monitoring of project costs
- Measurement, valuation, and preparation of monthly claims and subcontractor payments
- Assisting the project management team with cost control and commercial matters
ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYORS
Requirements:
- HND (Qs) / NCT (QS) with 2 years of experience, or equivalent
- Experience in building construction projects would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of measurements, progress reports, and estimates
- Measurement and preparation of monthly claims
- Assisting with subcontractor measurements, payments, and related documentation
- Maintaining site QS records and assisting the Quantity Surveyor with day-to-day QS activities
