We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Associate – Student Enrollment. In this role, you will support the student enrollment process by assisting prospective students throughout their application journey, supporting admissions operations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment with accurate information.
- Maintain and update inquiry and enrollment records.
- Assist in organizing school visits, education exhibitions, and information sessions.
- Support admissions processes including documentation, interviews, and offer letters.
- Coordinate with academic, finance, and student services teams to ensure smooth enrollments.
- Prepare basic inquiry and enrollment reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and databases.
- Ability to work professionally with students and parents.
- Prior experience in education or customer service will be an added advantage.
