Senior Quantity Surveyor

Head Office - Madampe

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all post-contract commercial functions, including the monitoring of Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) of ongoing projects.
  • Identify, estimate, and submit variations and extra work claims in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and negotiate claims for all contractual entitlements.
  • Manage subcontractor payments, measurements, and final account settlements.
  • Liaise with the Engineer/Consultant regarding rate analysis and payment calculations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity (Post-Contract focus).
  • Experience in handling Interim Valuations, Variations, and Final Accounts is essential.
  • Thorough knowledge of SBD/CIDA and FIDIC conditions of contract.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Draughtsman

Mannar

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update detailed drawings, layouts, and construction plans using AutoCAD.
  • Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings and project drawings.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and other departments to ensure accuracy of drawings.
  • Maintain drawing registers and project records.

Requirements

  • NCT / NVQ Level 04 or equivalent qualification in Drafting Technology.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Material Technician

Ampara

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct material inspections and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Prepare material inspection requests (MIR) and inspection test plans (ITP).
  • Maintain material registers and project records.
  • Coordinate with site and quality teams to ensure timely material approvals.

Requirements

  • NCT / NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Civil / Material Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in material inspection and quality control activities.
  • Knowledge of testing methods and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
