Finance Manager (Head of Finance)
Location: Madampe
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Management & Controls
- Cash Flow Management & Financial Planning
- Compliance & Taxation
- Cost Control & Operational Finance
- Audit & Governance
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Drive financial strategy and support business growth
- Strengthen systems, processes and internal controls
PROFILE
- Member/Finalist of Professional qualification in Accounting & Finance (CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- 5–7 years of experience in finance, with 2–3 years in a senior management role
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation & Corporate Governance
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-location operations will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills
