Assistant Manager, Finance

Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing and supporting the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient financial management. The role works closely with the Finance team and other departments to maintain effective financial processes, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and optimize the use of financial systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and review accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process and monitor budget performance.
- Analyze financial results and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Support internal and external audits, tax preparation, and statutory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Partly or fully qualified in a professional accounting qualification (ICASL, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ work experience, including audit experience.
- Willing to relocate and reside at the property full time.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems.
