QA Assistant - (Galle)
We are on the lookout for QA Assistant to join at Happy Cook Lanka Food (PVT) Ltd.
Happy Cook Lanka Food (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an energetic, hardworking result-oriented candidate to fill the below vacancy immediately at our Factory located in Galle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the QA Manager in implementing food safety and quality management systems. Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Assist in supervisory management and coordinate with production teams to maintain consistent quality.
- Conduct inspections, maintain quality records, and support continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure adherence to local and international food safety standards.
- Provide input for ERP data entry related to quality assurance
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or academic qualification in Food Processing, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge in supervisory management, production line control, and team coordination.
- Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
- ERP system knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented factory environment.
