Key Responsibilities
- Manage the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the procurement of fresh, quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and room operations industry trends.
- Degree and or professional qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
