Prerequisites
- Professional qualification such as CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably within construction, property development, infrastructure, engineering or strategic development projects
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan taxation, statutory compliance and financial reporting
- Proven experience dealing with IRD, BOI and other government/regulatory authorities
- Strong project costing, budgeting and cash-flow management capabilities
- Commercially minded, analytical and highly organized
- Comfortable operating in a project-driven, fast-paced and evolving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
