GIRLS' FACILITY EDUCATOR (FEMALE) (CHILDREN'S VILLAGE- GALLE)

Are you passionate about working with children and helping them achieve their full potential? We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and energetic Female Educator to join our team at SOS Children's Village, Galle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children's educational, personal, and social development
  • Organizing and conducting sports, recreational, and extracurricular activities
  • Providing guidance, counselling, and emotional support to children and youth
  • Assisting with career awareness, leadership development, life skills training, and future readiness programmes
  • Promoting child safeguarding and positive development while maintaining strong relationships with families, schools, and communities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Child Development and Social Work or a related field from a UGC-recognized institution.
  • Additional qualifications in Counselling, Child Psychology, Teaching, Career Guidance, Youth Development, or Sports Coaching will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for working with children and young people.
  • Ability to work in a residential care environment.
