EDUCATOR (MALE) (CHILDREN’S VILLAGE– GALLE)
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Facilitate children's educational, personal, and social development.
- 2. Plan and conduct sports, recreational, and extracurricular activities.
- 3. Provide guidance, mentoring, counselling, and emotional support to children and youth.
- 4. Support career awareness, life skills, leadership development, and future readiness programmes.
- 5. Promote child safeguarding, youth development, and positive engagement with families, schools, and communities.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Child Development, Social Work, Youth Development, Sports Science, or a related field from a UGC-approved institution.
- Additional certifications in counselling, child psychology, teaching, career guidance, youth development, or sports coaching will be considered an added advantage.
