Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Senura Civil Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, a leading CIDA CS2- graded construction company in Sri Lanka, certified with ISO 9001:2015 – QMS, ISO 14001:2015 – EMS, and ISO 45001:2018 – OH&SMS.
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor for our ongoing Building Project in Hambantota. If you are passionate about construction, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the required experience — we would love to hear from you!
Key Requirements
- Education: HND or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in building or civil engineering projects
- IPA & Bills: Experience in preparation of Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and subcontractors' bills
- Practical QS Skills: Quantity take-offs, cost estimating, BOQ preparation and valuation of work
- Cash Flow: Knowledge of cash flow preparation and monitoring
- Contracts: Familiarity with standard forms of contract and construction industry practices
- Software: Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office applications
