KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Quality: Monitor raw materials, grinding and finished products to ensure compliance.
- Laboratory Control: Review and validate physical, chemical and instrumental test results.
- Quality Improvement: Apply SPC, trend analysis, RCA and CAPA to improve performance.
- Trials & Development: Coordinate laboratory and plant trials for product optimization.
- Technical Support: Investigate complaints, support trials and recommend corrective actions.
- Compliance: Support ISO systems, SLS certification, equipment and documentation controls.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Chemical, Civil or Process Engineering, Materials Science or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in QA, QC, process engineering or a manufacturing laboratory; cement or building-material experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cement manufacturing, testing standards, ISO systems and laboratory instrumentation will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical-reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to use AI-assisted tools for data analysis, reporting, research and problem-solving.
