Experience in operations of all hotel departments (Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping)
Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams and stakeholders
Previous experience as a hotel manager with references and service records essential
40-60 years of age
Academic qualification in hotel management/hospitality from a recognised university/hotel school preferred
