The Role
We are looking for a QA Assistant to support our Quality Assurance team in maintaining product quality and ensuring manufacturing processes meet required standards and specifications.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Inspect products according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
- Identify and report defects and non-conforming products.
- Support rework, rejection, and corrective action processes.
- Perform dimensional and quality checks using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Maintain QA records, inspection reports, and check sheets.
- Work closely with Production and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement and quality assurance activities.
What You’ll Bring:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level - 3 passes or a relevant diploma.
- 2–3 years of experience in QA or Production, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in foam, mattress, rubber, furniture, textile, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
