OPERATION MANAGER
We’re hiring an Operation Manager to run daily operations and ensure top guest experiences at our Tropical Garden Villas in Kalpitiya, Kirinda & Haputale.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff management in villas
- Ensure Top-tier guest satisfaction and personalized service
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and external vendors
- Manage bookings, check-ins/outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor inventory, budgets, expenses
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or property management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Additional languages a plus)
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Tech-savvy and familiar with booking platforms
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Renumaration
- Salary Rs.150,000/- + other Allowance
