Requirements:

- Successfully completed NVQ Level 3 or 4. n
- Diploma in IT, Electrical, or a related field. n
- Demonstrated ability to handle and manage customers effectively. n
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and system installations. n
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. n
- Sinhala proficiency is preferred. n
- Conversational knowledge of English and Tamil will be an added advantage. n
- Possess a valid driving licence and own motorbike. n
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region as required. n
