Maintenance Executive
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Executive to join our team at a reputed hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure the proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other building systems.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Identify and attend to maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel will be an advantage.
- Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related field.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work effectively.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent maintenance requirements.
