MERCHANDISER
Job Profile
- Identify, collaborate & source vendors to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
- Ensure on time delivery of goods to meet timelines.
- Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with vendors, warehouse management and staff for effective supply chain process.
- Plan and develop merchandising process and strategies
- Analyze sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Product Costing.
- Good understanding of fabric reconciliation would be advantages.
- Maintain a Fabric/Accessories Library.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Merchandising from a recognized institution / Masters in Business Administration.
- Excellent Computer Literacy related to the above field.
- At least 3-4 years' experience in Merchandising preferably in Retail industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
