SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Aluminium | Façade | Specialized Construction
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor – IQSSL, RICS or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in aluminium, façade, curtain wall, glass, cladding or a related field
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, procurement, contracts, variations, claims and final accounts
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and QS software
