nAssociate Business Analyst / Business Analyst
nKey Responsibilities:
n- n
- An active role within the Business Analysis realm - problem analysis, process modeling, stakeholder analysis, assessing and validating the solutions. n
- Interact with the business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document all the business and system requirements by devising various requirements elicitation and analysis techniques. n
- Formulate Solution Proposals, White Papers and technical artifacts including Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Software Design Document (SDD), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), etc. n
- Develop the Product Roadmap by closely working with the technology and business stakeholders. n
- Analyze industry trends in the brainstorming process of future solutions. n
- Engage in research and gap analysis activities to propose suggestions for the evolution of the product. n
- Conduct client presentations, user training, and product walk-through sessions. n
- Respond to EOIs, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. n
Requirements and Competencies:
n- n
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity. n
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. n
- Sound knowledge of different industry-standard Business Analysis processes, techniques, and methodologies. n
- Good PR and organizational skills and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision. n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language and an outstanding level of interpersonal and presentation skills. n
- Keen to acquire extensive knowledge in Electronic Payments and Information Systems Security verticals that leads to a Product Specialist role. n
- Prior experience working in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, or its related operations will be an added advantage. n
- Possessing a professional certification such as IIBA ECBA/CCBA is highly preferred. n
