We are looking for dynamic persons whom can be depended upon to act professionally and appropriately in handling affairs of the following positions in our company;
ASSISTANT MANAGER (PLUMBING & BUILDINGS SERVICES)
- BSc Eng. (Facilities Management – Moratuwa University) with minimum 6 years or NDT / HNDE/NDES with minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction industry.
- Capacity & experience in handling Plumbing, Fire and Gas System in multiple building and Industrial construction projects at a time.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Mechanical / Plumbing /Building Services and fire protection system in management level.
- Experience in project programing / Cost Control / Quality Management / Tendering and Design work.
- Experience in Project coordination with clients, consultants & specialist contractors.
