DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end student migration and application processes
- Provide guidance on universities, courses, and admissions
- Assist with documentation for university and visa applications
- Liaise with universities, embassies, and partner institutions
- Conduct eligibility assessments and recommend study pathways
- Maintain case records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support interview preparation and pre-departure briefings
- Ensure timely follow-ups and service quality standards
- Achieve monthly application and conversion targets
PROFILE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in EngLish
- Strong customer-focused advisory approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and case management systems
