ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Colombo - Head Office
Focus: Drive footfall, revenue growth, and brand equity across our nationwide salon network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Growth Marketing: Launch digital, ATL, and BTL campaigns to scale customer acquisition and retention.
- Brand & Content Strategy: Oversee multi-channel digital footprints, influencer partnerships, activations and corporate collaborations.
- In-Store Experience: Elevate point-of-sale materials, visual merchandising, and the overall customer journey.
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor marketing performance, calculate campaign ROI, and manage external creative agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Degree or professional qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail, beauty, hospitality, FMCG, or consumer-focused sectors.
- Digital Toolkit: Proven expertise in managing Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
- Mindset: Proactive, highly commercial, energetic, and data-driven.
