Maintenance supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and identify maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in factory or industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with PLCs, motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and industrial equipment.
- Understanding of safety standards and maintenance documentation.
