ASSISTANT ENGINEER MEP (Location: Colombo)
REQUIREMENTS
- NDT/HNDE/NDES or equivalent with minimum 1-year experience in building construction projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules.
- Review & follow-up drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements with the site Engineer.
- Prepare material requests, quantity take-offs, and assist with procurement activities.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
- Assist in testing, snag rectification, and project activities.
- Maintain proper documentation, including inspection requests, material approvals, and as-built records.
- The capacity to efficiently manage time and perform under pressure to fulfill deadlines.
- Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings as required.

- NDT/HNDE/NDES Or Equivalent.
- Assist Site engineer with daily site activities.
