POSITION: INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately and promptly record all inventory transactions.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and perform regular stock counts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for procurement and stock management.
- Monitor inventory levels and track orders to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
- Analyze inventory reports and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and issues effectively.
- Assist in implementing best practices for inventory management and improving system efficiencies.
