TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS MANAGER
Direct the full cycle of fleet operations, route planning, and distribution network management to achieve safe, compliant, and on-time delivery across all lanes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage end-to-end logistics operations and fleet activities.
- Managing drivers, vehicles, deliveries, 3PL partners.
- Resolve transportation delays, breakdowns, and route disruptions.
- Lead logistics teams to achieve on-time deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of transport and distribution logistics experience, preferably working with perishables.
- Strong expertise in route planning, fleet management, and transport laws.
- Proficient in logistics management software.
