Senior Executive - ESG (Corporate)
At JB Apparel, sustainability and ethical responsibility are at the heart of what we do. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Executive - ESG (Corporate) to lead and strengthen our ESG initiatives across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and drive ESG strategy and performance across the organization.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in Social Compliance, OSH, Environmental Management, CTPAT, QMS, and Brand Protection.
- Lead and coordinate certifications and audits including WRAP, SEDEX, GOTS, GRS and other relevant standards.
- Develop policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of sustainability and compliance.
- Prepare ESG reports, metrics, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve ESG goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in ESG, Sustainability, or Compliance roles.
- Strong experience in Social Compliance / OSH / Environmental Management / CTPAT / QMS and Brand Protection.
- Hands-on experience in obtaining and maintaining WRAP / SEDEX / GOTS / GRS certifications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives across diverse teams.
