Responsibilities
Reservations
- Manage the end-to-end reservations process across all properties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries via email, phone, social media, and OTAs
- Coordinate with property teams to confirm availability, manage booking calendars, and handle special requests
- Follow up on advance payments and ensure compliance with agreed payment terms
- Continuously adhere to reservations SOPs to improve guest satisfaction and reduce cancellations
- Conduct travel agent sales visits on behalf of the properties
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality reservations or sales, ideally within boutique hotels or villas.
- Strong knowledge of OTAs, booking engines, PMS systems, and channel managers.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple properties.
- Ability to analyze booking trends and provide actionable insights.
